If you have any real estate questions I have answered. I just finished my 45 hours of continuing education for my California real estate licensing renewal. I know a lot of stuff. I don't like to give away my age, but I was giving birth to my son about the time I was studying for my first real estate license. I love selling homes in Santa Barbara County. I have set a goal to sell 25 homes this year...Happy 2025!! With this goal in place there is a higher chance that I will be talking to you and seeing you this year. I am looking forward to it :)
